Who operates Willie
Willie is independently operated through this Site. Privacy, rights and grievance requests may be sent to shkakkadmasters@gmail.com.
Information collected and why
- Account data: a Site-specific user identifier, email address and available name, used for sign-in, access and account administration.
- Profile answers: age band, State or Union Territory, preferred language, service interest, planning stage, first-time-planner answer and referral source, used for user-base analysis.
- Activity data: authenticated visits and privacy-safe service events such as service started, completed, document generated and a controlled validation-reason category, used to understand and improve the service and investigate misuse.
- Document footer metadata: when you request a PDF or Word download, the current server time and the connection IP address are returned only to place them in the footer of that downloaded copy. Willie does not add this information to its account, analytics or document-storage records.
- Contact queries: the name, email address, mobile number and message you submit through Contact Us, used to respond to your query.
Willie does not store passwords, ChatGPT credentials, Will clauses, names entered in a document, beneficiaries, assets, allocations, medical choices, identity-document details, uploaded Will contents, filenames or generated-document contents. The download connection IP remains only in the copy you generate. Personal data is not sold or used for advertising.
Service providers and location
ChatGPT provides authentication and Sites provides hosting, database and private object-storage infrastructure. These providers process data on Willie’s behalf under their applicable terms and security controls. Data may be processed outside India; Willie does not currently offer India-specific data residency.
Consent, rights and retention
Services are for adults aged 18 or older. By completing the profile notice, you consent to the processing described above. You may update your profile or email the contact above to withdraw consent or request access, correction or erasure. Willie may verify the requesting account before acting. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent further service access.
Account, profile and contact-query records are kept while reasonably needed for account access, service analysis or responding to a query. These records, visits and workflow events may be moved from the live database to a private object-storage archive when storage thresholds are reached. Records are deleted when no longer reasonably needed, when a valid erasure request is completed, or as required by law. A lawful or security-related need may require limited longer retention.
Security, administrators and complaints
Access to analytics, exports, archives and deletion tools is restricted to authorized Site administrators, and reasonable safeguards are used. No online service can promise absolute security. Questions or complaints should first be sent to the contact above. If unresolved, you may use any remedy available under applicable Indian law.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, Willie will ask for consent again before materially different processing begins.
